We want you to love everything you order. If something arrives and doesn’t feel quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Sending Something Back

• Your item just needs to be in its original condition and packaged safely for the journey.
• Once it reaches us and has been checked, we’ll pop your refund back to your original payment method.
• Please make sure it’s packaged with care, as we’re unable to refund items that arrive damaged.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different item, you can return your original order and simply place a new one for the piece you’d like instead. It keeps things quick and simple on both sides.

What We Can’t Take Back

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Digital downloads
• Items returned used or damaged

Return Postage

Return postage is covered by the customer unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
