Customers & Import taxes
We ship worldwide, but different countries have their own rules when it comes to customs, duties and import taxes. If your order is being delivered outside the UK, local charges may apply once your parcel arrives in your country.
These fees are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer to pay. We know… it’s annoying. If we could magically remove them for you, we would. But we’ll always try to keep things clear and fair so there are no surprises on your end.
To make things easier:
• Orders within the UK are not subject to import taxes.
• International customers may be charged duties or VAT depending on their country’s regulations.
• Delivery times can vary if parcels are held by customs for checks.
If you’re unsure whether your country charges import taxes, it’s always worth checking with your local customs office. We’re here if you need guidance along the way, and we’ll always keep you updated until your order lands safely in your hands.
